Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR)

Russia Local School is advertising a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) service for an estimated $8 million dollar expansion pending a successful bond levy in November.  The architect for the project is Garmann Miller.
