Cafeteria Manager

Responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the cafeteria

• Have a collaborative relationship with the Head Cook and other staff

• Work with the Head Cook to plan menu and order supplies

• Help deliver high quality meals that students enjoy that meet the state dietary requirements

• Provide good customer service and build a positive rapport with students and staff

• Complete necessary paperwork as required by the state

• Maintain a professional demeanor within the building at all times

• Reports to the Superintendent

• Supervise and do performance evaluations on all other kitchen staff

Salary and Benefits:

• 184 Days per Year

• Sick and personal days

• 7 hours per day

• Base salary between $20 - $22 per hour and is negotiable based on experience

• Experience preferred but not required
